Return Policy
We offer a free 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, you must first send us one or more pictures of the received product, along with an image of the packaging. Our team will review your images and send you a return label immediately if the return is approved.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, exactly as you received it. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirmation. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If more than 20 days have passed since your refund was approved, please first check your bank account. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

Return Shipping
To return an item, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then provide you with the return label and return address.
The first return is free.
If you are returning an item worth more than €75, we recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
